Coaching Process
Feedback is a gift. Unfortunately, we don’t receive it often enough. While I believe assessment is an important part of coaching as a whole, it also has tremendous value on its own.
When working with me, I’ll administer and interpret a variety of assessments for you, such as 360 feedback, personality, strengths, and career assessments. The feedback will be analyzed and presented in a comprehensive report or presentation.
I also offer assistance in creating a development plan based on the results from the assessments.
