Coaching Process
I offer a holistic and comprehensive approach to life coaching. During the discovery process, I’ll take the time to get to know you and the world you create around and within yourself.
As we work together, you’ll gain insight on your values, aspirations, dreams, and tendencies, while discovering what obstacles are preventing you from feeling engaged and fulfilled with your life. I’ll use my expertise in psychology, mindfulness, and wellness to provide you with a safe and supportive environment for your personal growth journey.
We’ll complement the discovery process with assessments (e.g. personality, career, strengths, mind/body type) that can give you a fuller picture of yourself.

“Time spent in self-reflection is never wasted - it is an intimate date with yourself.”
~Paul T.P. Wong

TESTIMONIAL
"Maggie has helped me tremendously. She is an excellent listener and picks up on things said and unsaid that I can’t hear for myself. She was extremely adaptable, and could change directions in the moment based on her sense of where I was or needed to go. This made me feel as if she had an excellent understanding of me and what I needed in the moment, and her flexibility allowed us to reach a deeper place than I expected, and address challenges at the heart of my working style.
Maggie’s approach to collaboration was obvious from the start—we never moved forward with something unless it worked for me. She facilitated my understanding through simple but extremely powerful activities and adjustments. It wasn’t as if these were any activities or tasks—they were specific to me, and she always made the room for me to say something was or wasn’t working. We set small but manageable challenges for me, which were never burdensome but always asked me to stretch myself. In addition to that, Maggie always sent helpful resources when she came across them, which I continue to reference."
